01What is SEMT?
SEMT (Smart Money Management) is a free Android expense tracker from Kreets. It helps you log spending, categorize transactions, track savings, and see where your money goes — without spreadsheets.
02Is SEMT free to use?
Yes. SEMT is free on Google Play, with no credit card and no paywall. The app may show ads. We do not sell your financial data.
03How do I log expenses?
Add a transaction in a few seconds with voice or by typing. Pick a category, choose an account, and optionally add a note. You can also record transfers between accounts.
04Does SEMT connect to my bank?
No. SEMT never connects to your bank or any financial institution. You enter transactions yourself — including with voice — so your banking credentials stay off the app.
05Can I add my own categories?
Yes. SEMT ships with 15+ categories so you can start immediately, and you can create custom categories that match how you actually spend.
06What is To Get & To Pay?
To Get tracks money people owe you. To Pay tracks money you owe others. Each person has a history of amounts received and paid, so informal loans and splits stay clear.
07Does SEMT sync across devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same Google account on another Android device and your accounts, categories, and transactions stay in sync — including after you sign out and back in.
08Do I need a Google account?
Yes. SEMT uses Google sign-in so we can identify you and sync your data across devices. There is no guest mode.
09Can I set savings goals?
Yes. You can set savings goals and use the dashboard, charts, and reports to see spending and how savings are progressing over time.
10How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual accounts, categories, transactions, or To Get / To Pay entries inside the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email adilfarooq.it@gmail.com.
11Is my financial data private?
SEMT does not sell your personal or financial data. You can review how information is collected and stored in the Privacy Policy.
12Is SEMT available on iPhone?
SEMT is currently available for Android on Google Play. An iOS version is not available yet.
